The Chinese handset manufacturer has finally released its new phablet, Vibe Z globally. It has been priced $549. The device would hit the markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Philippines and United Arab Emirates by the second month of this year.
Vibe Z is basically Lenovo's first 4G capable handset. It is equipped with a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display that offers a resolution of 1080X1920 pixels, 400ppi. Powered by a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, the phablet has 2GB RAM.
The highlighting factor about Vibe Z is its sleek form. It is 7.9mm thick and weighs 147gm. The phablet features a 13MP rear camera that has f1.8 aperture lens(for low light situations) and a 5MP front camera that is equipped with an 84 degree lens for wide angle clicks.
Vibe Z offers 16GB internal storage that can be extended via microSD card. It runs on Android 4.3(Jelly Bean) platform and has a powerful 3000 mAh battery that allows a talktime of 33 hours and standby time of 27days.
The device also provides motion and gesture support for various Lenovo-specific softwares.
