Nintendo's new controller and social Networking platform keeps you connected
Nintendo is getting into the more social environment, taking the gaming experience to the next level. Wii fans can get connected with each other more tightly with the new platform and is super cool to handle your avatar in the game-play with new controllers.
Nintendo gave sneak-peak preview of it's newest console in a pre-E3 presentation on it's Facebook page Sunday afternoon.
There is a fully completed Wii U controller with a large tablet in the center - which represents the final device which will be release sooner. While the controller was made public at last year's E3. Nintendo presentation demonstrated what seems to be fully completed version.
The device will function as an extension for games through the touchscreen, but additionally will act as a tablet device that works as a companion for your television. The tablet-device can act as a fully featured universal remote for almost all of your entertainment accessories.
We were also guide through a tour to the internal social networking platform - named "Miiverse". According to Nintendo - the new platform will help connect player to player and make the overall user-experience more thorough.
A fully featured x-box like pro controller has been demonstrated as well, which can bring more professional touch to the gaming experience for the Wii users.
There were no mention of new games for the Wii U during the 30-minute streaming presentation, which had about 87,000 concurrent viewers at its peak.
