Demi Lovato is fighting against bulimia

Demi Lovato has revealed that she is fighting her demons of bulimia and self harming as a daily battle. The 19-year old singer-songwriter (musician and actress) is getting quite freaked out when she even admit it, it keeps her distracted from the work and day-to-day work.

The new "X-Factor" judge, who underwent therapy for anorexia, bulimia and a cutting disorder, said every day presents a challenge and that she often has to ask for help.

"It's a daily thing; you don't get time off from it," a site quoted her as telling a mag. "And if I feel myself slipping back into old patterns, i have to ask others for help which is hard for me to learn, because I really like doing everything on my own," she said.

Demi wants to take ahead a happy and memorable life with her and wishes she can enjoy a married life before she hits 30.

Asked on the official "X-Factor" website if she is happy for Simon's plans to match-make for her, she said:

"I don't know what that's all about because I'm well off on my own, thank you. But i guess the one nice thing he is doing for me, so I'll take it."

"I want to be married wih kids in 10 years," she added.
